A little about my health journey
?I wanted to be two things when I grew up: a marine biologist and a doctor. I was set to go to my master’s in marine biology but then decided to pursue becoming an ND after years of struggling with Hashimoto’s disease and IBS for what seems like my whole life.
It finally all came to a head and I had enough of struggling with intense fatigue, brain fog, stomach pains so bad they would stop me in my tracks, spending most of my day tired on the couch in pain and feeling like I was missing out on life. I wanted more.
