Hi I’m Dr. Reecha Panchal, Naturopathic Doctor. I’m a health advocate with a special interest in gut health and period problems. These days, I am focused on supporting patients with constipation, painful periods, and pregnancy care. I have extensive training in managing patients with PCOS. I was born in Brampton, completed my undergrad in Windsor and studied Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. I want to help you feel confident, empowered, knowledgeable and heard.
