Dr. Navan Sidhu, ND is a Naturopathic Doctor, registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. She completed her degree in Honours Life Sciences at McMaster University and received her Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. She has a passion for helping individuals learn how to feel and live at their best. She enjoys delving deep and actively works with her patients to find the root cause of the concern. Dr. Sidhu believes we can all achieve a better quality of life - mentally, physically and emotionally, and understands how they are all interconnected.
She has a special interest in stress management, mental health (anxiety and depression), fatigue, burnout and sleep, but also sees digestive concerns, heart health, diabetes, and women's health. Dr.Sidhu uses a combination of nutrition, lifestyle modifications, naturopathic counselling, botanical medicine, supplements, homeopathy and/or acupuncture depending on patient preference and the individualized case. Each visit consists of a thorough assessment and naturopathic diagnosis of the patient case, as well as detailed, individualized treatment plans. They also provide additional functional testing for food sensitivities, hormones, comprehensive stool analysis etc, as needed.
