I am Dr. Jasraj K Jaswal, a registered Naturopathic Doctor in Ontario. I help patients heal from the inside out by addressing the root causes of illness and using evidence-based natural medicine to support long-term wellness.
Growing up in a household where natural remedies were the first choice for everyday health concerns, I developed a deep appreciation for the healing power of nature. This early exposure sparked a lifelong interest in holistic health and led me to discover Naturopathic Medicine—a field that perfectly aligns with my values and my passion for helping others feel their best.
As a naturopathic doctor, my goal is to educate and empower each patient, providing the tools and support they need to take charge of their health and maintain it for the long term.
I maintain a general family practice, with a special focus on:

Life outside of clinic:
I am a proud mom to two beautiful children. Together, we love going on walks, bike rides, and exploring new trails. I also love unwinding with a great thriller or romance novel, especially on rainy days.
