For more than 20 years, I’ve had the joy of walking alongside women and children through every season of life — from fertility and pregnancy to postpartum healing and growing families. My practice weaves together naturopathic medicine, lactation education, pelvic floor therapy, and Dolphin Scar Release to create gentle, whole-person care that feels supportive, personal, and empowering.
I’m happily welcoming new patients into my cozy, women- and child-centered practice — a space where you can feel heard, cared for, and confident in your health choices. Appointments are available in person at OM Integrative Health Care in Waterdown, as well as virtually for Ontario residents.
