Hi I’m Dr. Alanna Kuhn, Naturopathic Doctor & Founder of Natural Route Health. I’m a women’s hormone enthusiast with a special interest in thyroid health and stress management. After being diagnosed with thyroid cancer in my mid-20’s I had to take a deep dive into my own health and make some changes; changes that would lay the foundation of empathy and authenticity for my practice. I’m well known for being thorough and a great listener, all with your health goals in mind. I want to help you feel energized, confident, strong, and grounded in both your body and mindset. I used to say in my spare time I love to travel and spend time outdoors, mindfully taking in my surroundings and enjoying a coffee. Nowadays, I thrive in the craziness of a household with two active littles, a husband, and our pets who make me laugh and keep me smiling regularly. We still love to travel and be outdoors… it’s just a little less mindful and a lot more fun. I look forward to helping you on your healing journey.
